About me
My name is Nicola Vorländer and I was born 1971 in Oberhausen. After my school career ( Hollenberg-Gymnasium in Waldbröl) I worked in an office . 1989 I met my husband Holger and we felt in love.....After proving ourselves for 9 years, we married 1998 in Rosbach. We then had our son Marco, two years later our second son Tom. Both the boys and my husband love to ride motocross. I´ve made an own menuepoint for them ( look at Motokids..)
Dogs, and a few other species of animals, have been in my whole live. I learnt to walk at the side of a German shepherd dog called `Hella von der Giftnatter `.
Mostly we had German shephard dogs at home, but also a few very beautiful mixed breeds. But Border Collies were always my favourite breed . I have never missed the TV-Serie of `The famous Five ` because of the Border Collie Timmy. I loved to read books and collected more and more Border Collie books.
My Border Collies are not in a position to herd sheeps as I am not able to have sheeps...but still need to keep my dogs mind and body active.
I am pleased I made that decision, as now I am the proud owner of 3 beautiful and very unique Border Collies who have all their own menue points. I would like to thank the breeders of my dogs, Family Niemeyer ( Harringays-Germany), Eileen and Nick Madrigale ( Wagons Ho -USA), and most of all Family Brack ( Border Collies from Carolyns Home and FuturBe -Germany ) for these wonderful and faithful dogs who are so much part of my life and family.
